For most accurate analysis, take the photo in natural daylight (indirect light, not direct sun). Stand facing a window so the light is even on your face — avoid overhead lighting or shadows. No makeup or filters, hair pulled out of face, wear a neutral shirt (white, grey, or beige), in front of a neutral background, and face the camera straight on at eye level.
